Applying to and Choosing a College
Applying to colleges takes time and requires organization. Finding the right school will help you be more successful, so it’s important to first identify the colleges you would like to attend. Not every institution will be a good fit. Academic programs, location, campus culture, and cost are some of the more prominent things to consider.
Colleges can also have different application requirements. Try breaking things up into separate, scheduled tasks:
- Research each school’s admission requirements
- Gather necessary information
- Draft your application responses
- Manage the timeline for submitting materials and pay application fees.
