Trellis will only access account information as required to provide you with support or to share limited information with your school, and only with your permission. Trellis reserves the right to access your account information for research purposes, addressing technical or other questions, or monitoring the effectiveness of the service, or at the request of your school for verifying participation in a financial coaching session. Trellis will not engage in any data-mining or other use of account information except as permitted under these Terms of Use, as necessary to provide you with support, or as required by law.

Coaching sessions may be recorded to supervise and evaluate the financial coach. Only the financial coach and his/her management will have access to the recorded sessions. Recorded sessions may be reviewed by other financial coaches for training and quality assurance purposes.
