Upcoming credit report telethon can answer your financial literacy questions
Is a credit report the same thing as a credit score? Why should I check my credit report annually?
In a February issue of our student newsletter AIEmail, we discussed a topic of major importance to your financial health: credit reports. What they are, what kinds of information they record, how to get a free copy of yours.
Now, if you live in Texas, you can get answers to your credit report and financial literacy questions during a telethon hosted by TG, the company that brings you AIEmail.
The TG Financial Literacy Credit Report Telethon will be broadcast on KSAT on Wednesday, April 10 from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. During that time, you can call 1-888-311-8881 to build a better understanding of how and why to get a free credit report, what to look for on the report, and how to correct any errors the report might contain.
