Applicant must be the child or grandchild of a regular, retired, reserve, or deceased officer or enlisted member of the Seabees. Selection is based upon financial need, citizenship, scholastic record, and good character. Great-grandchildren of Seabees and applicants seeking a graduate degree are not eligible.
