Applicant must be at least one-quarter Cheyenne-Arapaho Indian, be a high school graduate or GED recipient, demonstrate financial need and ability to complete four-year degree program, and submit personal statement, transcript, college admission letter, class schedule, degree plan, FAFSA, and Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood.
