Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a legal resident of Delaware and a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Applicant must have a minimum SAT score of 1350 and rank in the upper half of their high school class. Applicant must major in the humanities or social sciences. Preference will be given to political science majors.
