Georgia Loan Repayment Program

Applicant must be a certified or licensed nurse midwife, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, or have a D.Osteo. or M.D. and be licensed or eligible for medical license. Selection is based upon documentation of outstanding educational debt and commitment to practice in a HPSA county in rural Georgia.

Award is renewable for up to four years.

Repay Details

Loan must be repaid at double the amount borrowed if recipient does not practice medicine in an approved rural Georgia community.
