Abe and Annie Seibel Foundation Loan

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, a Texas resident, a graduate of a Texas high school, and enrolled full time at an accredited Texas college or university with the intention of completing requirements toward a first bachelor's degree. Freshman applicant must meet one of the following requirements: rank in top tenth of class, rank in top quarter of class and a minimum SAT I combined score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 27), rank in second quarter of class and a minimum combined SAT score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 30), or rank in third or fourth quarters of class and minimum combined SAT I score of 1300 (composite ACT score of 32). Sophomore, junior, and senior applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Co-signer is required.
